I purchased this from Clatterans worried if it would fit my Kenmore refrigerator. I was desperate need to change the filter but didn't have time to do the leg work at the local store. I went ahead and purchased and figured I'd return if it didn't fit. VERY happy it fit. I read it fits several models and I'm very happy it arrived so quick!!! I didn't want to spend the extra money on this higher end filter, but I thought I would give it a try. I must say the water does come out much cleaner and faster! After you instal the filter you are supposed to run it a few times before you can drink it. On my previous cheaper filter the water keeps coming out a bit cloudy until about the 6th time you run it. With this filter after the 2nd turn it was already looking clear, but because of using the other filter for so long I went ahead and ran it 5 times just incase. The water does taste cleaner and always looks clear. I feel better knowing that for a few more bucks I can get something safer for my family and myself. At least the drinking water is super clean!

This filter works great for me and a lot better priced than getting in the store. And it is exactly what the description says. It was easy to replace my old filter with this one, and I'm very happy with this purchase.
