      Fits my Whirlpool just fine. It takes a bit of pressure to push it into the holes, but that means it's getting a good seal. This is my third one and they have never leaked. You do need to run some water through it after you install it to flush it out a bit.

      After three years on the old filter, we noticed the water valve started to shutoff before getting a full glass of water. Read that the water valve can have problems if water pressure gets too low. We installed a new filter and have noticeably better water pressure and have not had any more valve problems for a week now.

      Works well in my refrigerator. I like this filter better than others I have bought. It doesn't have a smell in the water when you put it in.
