      I've used two of these filters now and my family noticed no difference between them and the Clatterans filter for Whirlpool except packaging.

      Perfect replacement part. I order 6 at a time so I always have a spare. Save yourself the hassle of walking around the hardware store looking for this.

      This item works perfect. It is expensive but some things you should not save money on. I bought an offmarket filter at Local Store. It caused a leak on the floor and totally ruined my wood floor. Went to Google and found that I am not the only one having damage from generic water filters. Buy this manufacturer-approved part and you should be good to go.

      I was expecting to have some air in the line, while I flushed it so that was not unusual. But at first, after I flushed it, the water would start and stop. That doesn't happen anymore. Water comes out in a steady stream without stopping. I'm happy with my purchase.
