      It does the job and does add a fresh aftertaste to my water. Only some breakage on the packing but not affect the filtration.

      There isn't any funny taste and smell to the water with this Kenmore 9930. Flush with about a gallon of water. I love it. The only issue is that the shipping is not so fast.

      Good fit and no other filter comes close to removing all the things this does. Likely you don't have all those things in your water, but for something I change once a year and my whole family drinks from it, why not get this?

      I had a cheaper filter before and it didn't seat properly and made horrible noise when water was dispensed or the ice maker filled. But this filter fits and works perfectly. Pleasant shopping from Clatterans.
