      This model replaces the older style and flows water faster... a good thing. Only complaint is that it is not much easy for me to install this Kenmore 9930 Water Filter. Delivery was fine.

      exactly as promised. The description for Kenmore 9030 said though that some damage of the outer package of could be seen, but I really couldn't see anything I would call damage. The filter was securily packaged and works fine.

      I installed the filter after receiving it yesterday. And flushed it with 2 large pitchers of water ... no leaks ... no restricted flow ... no issues at all. Then I tentatively sipped the first cup of water expecting plastic tastes ... guess what? water ... plain and simple. No after taste, no discoloration ... just water ... the new filters are just fine folks ... just like the old ones

      This Kenmore 9930 water filter didn't arrived on time...but honestly speaking, this whirlpool EDR1RXD replacement filter works very well. The water tastes better! And the price is great.

      Finding a replacement Kenmore water filter for our fridge is getting harder. This one works awesome. Hopefully it will be available when it's time to replace again.

      You can get clearer and much better tasting water out of this whirlpool EDR1RXD filter.It costs less, and the shipping is fast.
