this works great for a replacement for the Kenmore brand product that is no longer available. Do not try the cheaper alternatives they will be done within a months’ time.

Works like a charm, lasts more than 3 months as it states. This maybe decide on how often you use. Recommend this Whirlpool 4396710 replacement.

Easy Application. I did find the new labeling system a bit of a challenge. But worked it out. No need to attach a special holder. The Whirlpool 4396710 is easily removed by the push button.

I taste no difference and the price is on par with what I paid before. I'm happy with this replacement – Whirlpool Filter 3 and will buy it again, when needed.

Easy to replace refrigerator filter. This makes the water taste fine or better than if it was from the faucet. I was concerned about plastic tasting water as I never use Whirlpool Filter 3 from OEM. And my city water tastes/smells like filtered drinkable water. The filter was more expensive but worth it.

Finally, after dealing with all the counterfeit filters that are out there now, I found a good one. Water tastes great, which means it does not taste like anything! The old PUR filters were always good but they are not made anymore. I just spend not so much bucks for a filter that works and keeps all of us drinking more water.
