      Replaced the old filter and seems to be working as advertised. I certainly notice a difference in the taste of ice cubes since replacing this Whirlpool EDR1RXD1.

      Works like a charm, lasts more than 3 months as it states. This maybe decide on how often you use. Recommend this Whirlpool 4396710 replacement.

      Easy Application. I did find the new labeling system a bit of a challenge. But worked it out. No need to attach a special holder. The Whirlpool 4396710 is easily removed by the push button.

      Replacement for this Kenmore Filter 1 ordered from Clatterans. The old one bought from another website left a chemical taste in the filtered water. This one has no issues. Tasting and fresh water.

      Simply put, this filter works very well. The water from the fridge tastes better than tap water almost immediately. Installation is simple as well and the price is affordable. My only complaint is the shipping that was quite slow for at least me.

      I taste no difference and the price is on par with what I paid before. I'm happy with this replacement – Whirlpool Filter 3 and will buy it again, when needed.
