I ordered the replacements from this new source Clatterans. Well they sent me the filters fast! The packaging was good. I popped it in, ran out a gallon. The water was clear and taste like the same great to my original one. I found the filters to be good for 4-5 months in the summer and a little bit longer in winter ( we drink much more in the summer)
